As a result of changes in the state laws governing telecommunications service, most services from NuVox, Inc. (“NuVox”) in the State of Alabama will no longer be regulated by the Alabama Public Service Commission or provided under the terms and conditions as filed in NuVox’s tariffs, except for stand-alone basic telecommunications service and features. NuVox’s Terms and Conditions for the deregulated service offerings will match those terms and conditions as currently posted at www.nuvox.com.  This will be effective as of February 1, 2007.
